Faculty Hub Associates
Faculty Hub Associates complete a project to support the development of other faculty while also enhancing their own professional development and leadership experience. Projects may address one of a number of topics relevant to University of Richmond faculty including (but not limited to): teaching (such as inclusive pedagogy, applied theatre for professional development, bringing scholarship into the classroom, or peer observation of teaching), scholarship (such as peer review of scholarship, enhancing productivity in faculty scholarship and creative works, or enhancing faculty skills for scholarship), or programming to support the thriving of all faculty. Proposed projects should be relevant to faculty in more than one school and create resources and opportunities for faculty development.
Projects may extend current initiatives of the Faculty Hub or may enhance the Hub’s capacity in new directions. A competitive application process is used in to select the projects under this initiative. Faculty are always welcome to discuss their ideas with the Director of the Faculty Hub prior to completing an application.
